Privacy &
cookies.

This notice explains how Copon Studios handles information received through this website and by email. The site is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Who is responsible

Copon Studios is the controller of personal information submitted for project and business enquiries. Questions or data-rights requests can be sent to copongames@gmail.com.

Information collected

The enquiry form can include your name, email address, company, requested service, approximate budget, preferred deadline and project details. The current form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not save the form contents or send them to a form-database provider.

Once you choose to send the email, Copon Studios receives and stores the information in its email service so the enquiry can be answered.

Why it is used

The usual legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and legal obligations where applicable. Enquiry details are not added to marketing lists without a separate choice.

Retention and sharing

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Client, contractual and accounting records may be retained longer where needed to provide the service, establish or defend legal claims, or meet a legal obligation.

Information is shared only where necessary with service providers supporting hosting, security, email, storage, accounting or delivery, or where required by law. Providers should receive only the information needed for their role.

Cookies, security and embedded video

Copon Studios does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or analytics cookies on this website. Cloudflare may process limited technical information and use strictly necessary security technologies to deliver and protect the site.

YouTube players are not loaded when the page first opens. A connection to YouTube is made only after you choose to play a video. YouTube and Google may then receive technical information and apply their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies. The website does not remember that choice after the page is closed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its use. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Contact Copon Studios first at copongames@gmail.com so the request can be addressed promptly.

Updates

This notice will be reviewed when the website, enquiry process or service providers change. Any material update will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
